Thinking of selling your Metrowest Massachusetts home? You can see my Metrowest Real Estate profile by clicking the link.
I specialize in making my clients homes highly visible to the the masses. My website and blogs are highly indexed in Google so when someone is doing an online search that pertains to Real Estate in one of the towns in Metrowest Massachusetts I am usually on the 1st page. Since most use the internet this is extremely important.

One of the best methods in selecting a Realtor is to "Google" their name. If you don't find pages and pages of results, you have found a Realtor that does not how to market homes using the internet.

How can this be true? Easy! If a Realtor does not know how to have an online presence for their own name, how could you possibly expect them to create a presence for your home! Selecting a secret agent in Real Estate is not a good idea.

I have written a number of Real Estate articles centered around selling your Metrowest Massachusetts home and other general topics. I hope you find these useful.

- Top ten tips for selling your Metrowest Massachusetts home.

I cover home sales in the following Metrowest towns with the links provided to real estate community pages that are loaded with valuable information to become well educated on each of these communities. You will find information on schools, demographics, town census data and a hole host of other information. Framingham Real Estate. is has become one of the most popular in the area. Framingham has a number of amenities including outstanding shopping, and restaurants. There is an extremely diverse amount of housing stock from low end condos all the way up to luxury homes.

Northbridge Real Estate, for example is more affordable than some of the other local towns due to the fact it is a little further West of Boston. You get a little more bang for your buck in Northbridge.  Hopkinton Real Estate, is characterized as being one of the more expensive in the Metrowest area. This is rightfully so due to their outstanding school system and excellent highway access. Hopkinton is well know due to the fact that the world famous Boston Marathon starts in the town.

Holliston Real Estate is slightly less expensive than Hopkinton but is a little more difficult to commute from as the town is land locked. There is a really excellent downtown area with a home town feel. Southborough Real Estate, can best be defined as being more expensive than some of the other surrounding communities other than Westborough and Hopkinton.

Westborough Real Estate is relatively expensive as well but not quite as much as Soutborough and Hopkinton. Route 9 runs right through Westborough providing an abundance of shopping and also easy commute to major routes. Milford Real Estate, can best be described as affordable! There is a diverse housing stock with condos and homes under $150,000 which is harder to find in some of the other area towns.
Ashland Real Estate can best be described as moderately affordable. It is certainly much less expensive than adjacent towns Hopkinton and Southborough. Franklin Real Estate, has become very popular over the years with tremendous growth in the town. The commuter rail runs right through Franklin and there is also a couple of large shopping centers.

Upton Real Estate, is for those who are looking for a little less hustle and bustle. The town has a quaint feel and features much larger lots than other towns in the area. Medway Real Estate, offers good value and a relatively good commuting location. It is close to Milford for larger shopping conveniences and also 495 and Mass Pike access. Mendon Real Estate, is also more affordable and shares the same school system with Upton. It is a little harder to get to and further from major highways. Grafton Real Estate, can best be described as up and coming. It is turning into a very popular community. It is one of the few towns in the area where you can still get new construction. Lastly, Bellingham Real Estate offers both convenience to major highways including route 495 and affordability. Quite a bit of the housing stock is under $300,000 in Bellingham. It has become a destination town for many first time home buyers.

Dear Bill,
I wanted to let you know that I think your billandchuck website was an excellent tool in finding our 1st home. It was great to be able to to see the homes as soon as they came on the market. You made finding our dream home in Franklin easy! Thanks, Bruce & Yvonne Rogers
Dear Bill,
It was a pleasure working with you in connection with both the sale of our former house and the purchase of our new house. As you know, having purchased the new house prior to selling the former house, Nina and I were anxious about selling quickly and obtaining a fair price. We appreciated your input into a pricing strategy for our house which we felt to be a fair and measured approach. Mostly, we appreciated the leg work that you, your partner, and your staff put into obtaining a purchaser. These efforts did not go unnoticed and made an inherently stressful process less stressful. Apart from the obviously critical functions of a real estate agent which as chronicled above, we felt you performed well, you and Chuck were also pleasant, friendly, and straight forward. It was a pleasure to interact with you. Thanks for your help. I´m sure I will see you around town. R.G - Hopkinton
Dear Bill,
Just a quick note to say thanks for the outstanding job you did on the sale of our home. I knew going in it would not be easy considering it would be the most expensive resale to have sold in Hopkinton. You guys have a solid reputation and I knew from seeing your "sold" signs on many of the upper end homes that you would come through for us. Thanks again, Jim Corsi
