is has become one of the most popular in the area. Framingham has a number of amenities including outstanding shopping, and restaurants. There is an extremely diverse amount of housing stock from low end condos all the way up to luxury homes.
Northbridge Real Estate, for example is more affordable than some of the other local towns due to the fact it is a little further West of Boston. You get a little more bang for your buck in Northbridge. Hopkinton Real Estate, is characterized as being one of the more expensive in the Metrowest area. There is a really excellent downtown area with a home town feel. Southborough Real Estate, can best be defined as being more expensive than some of the other surrounding communities other than Westborough and Hopkinton.
Westborough Real Estate is relatively expensive as well but not quite as much as Soutborough and Hopkinton. Route 9 runs right through Westborough providing an abundance of shopping and also easy commute to major routes. Milford Real Estate, can best be described as affordable! There is a diverse housing stock with condos and homes under $150,000 which is harder to find in some of the other area towns.
Ashland Real Estate can best be described as moderately affordable. It is certainly much less expensive than adjacent towns Hopkinton and Southborough. Franklin Real Estate, has become very popular over the years with tremendous growth in the town. The commuter rail runs right through Franklin and there is also a couple of large shopping centers.
Upton Real Estate, is for those who are looking for a little less hustle and bustle. The town has a quaint feel and features much larger lots than other towns in the area. Medway Real Estate, offers good value and a relatively good commuting location. It is close to Milford for larger shopping conveniences and also 495 and Mass Pike access. Mendon Real Estate, is also more affordable and shares the same school system with Upton. It is a little harder to get to and further from major highways. Grafton Real Estate, can best be described as up and coming. It is turning into a very popular community. It is one of the few towns in the area where you can still get new construction. Lastly, Bellingham Real Estate offers both convenience to major highways including route 495 and affordability. Quite a bit of the housing stock is under $300,000 in Bellingham. It has become a destination town for many first time home buyers.
